Delivery Times

At Quilt N Sew we make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Orders received are shipped, usually, within 24 hours days.
  • Delivery of all parcels is via Australia Post throughout Australia; regular post.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been posted.
  • If the ordered products should be out of stock Quilt N Sew will contact you by email, and advise of the expected delivery time.
  • Whilst all care is taken to fill your order within the allotted time frame Quilt N Sew is not responsible for depleted stock levels of our wholesale suppliers.
  • If you, the customer, requires a delivery quickly the responsibility is with the customer to follow thru via email or phone, to find out the status of the order. The onus is also with the customer to leave a comment with the order re the urgency of the order and time frame with which it is required.

As it is impossible to determine all postage costs for large items, a price will be quoted on purchase of product.
We will endeavour to keep postage at a reasonable rate.
