Acceptance Of Our Terms
By visiting the Koala Quilt N Sew website, viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted by Quilt N Sew the customer agrees to be bound by our terms. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, as stated, please do not use the web site.
User Registration
In order for our customers to gain access to parts of the web site they must register their user information, which is deemed to be true and correct. When the customer registers they agree to provide their name, a valid email address at which they can be contacted on plus other personally identifiable information as requested on the sign up page. Customers cannot register multiple times. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are responsible for all activities that occur in their account whether or not performed by them or authorized by them.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written other materials that appear as part of this site are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Koala Quilt N Sew collectively or being used with the permission of other companies. The contents of the Koala Quilt N Sew site, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the site users of the koala Quilt N Sew site. The customers/ visitors to the koala Quilt N Sew site may download or copy the contents of the site for their own personal use only.
All Product Images
All images displayed on the Quilt N Sew site are to be regarded as illustrative and for information purposes only. The actual product image may vary in color due to the uplifting of photographs. All care is taken but no responsibility is accepted.
Postage Costs-Including Overseas Postage
Where ordered items cannot be sent via Australia Post, due to size, weight or type of contents contained within the product, koala Quilt N Sew will utilize the services of a independent courier services. The use of the courier service will be at the expense of the customer. And as per with Australia Post there will be no insurance coverage.
All customer overseas orders that exceed the basic postage rate charged by koala Quilt N Sew i.e $8.00 will be responsible for paying the excess postage charge. Customers will be notified by email of the extra postage charge and directed to the category Extra Postage Costs. There their order will be listed and they will need to process thru the process of purchasing the extra postage costs. Goods cannot be dispatched until this has been completed. Nor will purchases be refunded due to change of mind.

When customers submit content to koala Quilt N Sew they simultaneously grant Quilt N Sew the royalty free license to publish, display, modify, distribute their content worldwide.
